Polypropylene Pall ring filler has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operation flexibility, under the same pressure, the capacity can be more than 50% larger than the raschig ring. At the same capacity, the pressure reduction can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%. Compared with lacy ring, this kind of packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance and large operation elasticity. In general, the same pressure drop is 50%-100% larger than lacey ring, and the same pressure drop is 50%-70% smaller than Lacey ring. The tower height also has depressuration, and pall ring can be about 20%-40% larger than Lacey link packing volume. It is a small rectangular window with eight layers on the wall of the ordinary raschig ring. The small window blades overlap in the center of the ring and the upper and lower window positions overlap with each other. The main difference between it and lacy ring packing is that there are rectangular window holes on the side wall, and the window leaves of the window holes are bent into the ring center. Because of the opening of the ring wall, the distribution performance of gas and liquid is greatly improved compared with lacey ring, especially the inner surface area of the ring can be fully utilized.
