Ceramic structured packing is a tower packing that is arranged in a uniform geometric pattern and neatly stacked in the tower. Structured packing mainly replaces random packing in the tower to solve prominent problems such as large resistance, small specific surface area, poor mass transfer efficiency, and easy breakage. It stipulates the gas liquid flow path, improves the channel flow, wall flow and wetting performance, reduces resistance, and provides more gas liquid contact area to improve the mass transfer and heat transfer effect,It can be widely used in gas washing towers,coking washing, benzene washing, ammonia washing towers, fertilizer hot gas saturation, desulfurization, sulfuric acid drying, absorption towers etc. Ceramic corrugated structured packing is made of hard porcelain, and the main components are clay, quartz, feldspar etc, which are specially baked. It is formed by many unit corrugated sheets with the same geometric shape parallel to each other and cross stacked.

Features:

It has the characteristics of large clearance rate, not easy to plug, large flux and small resistance. Due to the high amount of stagnant liquid in the gap of the filler, the liquid residence time in the tower can be longer, so as to increase the gas-liquid contact time and improve the efficiency.
