Product Description

Light ceramic packing is a new type of adsorption and filtration filler. This product has the advantages of large specific surface area, high porosity, large mass transfer coefficient, anti clogging, high temperature resistance, rapid cooling and heating resistance, acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistance, not easy to break, easy to cut and install, strong adsorption, filtration, and impurity purification ability, and long service life. It is an ideal tower filler for filtration and purification.

The stacking weight of light ceramic filler products is 280-350kg/m3, which is much lower than the stacking density of ordinary regular fillers. The stacking porosity of the product is ≥ 72%, the apparent porosity is ≥ 15%, and the total porosity is over 85%. The structure has the advantages of light weight, small load, low operating resistance, and reduced pressure of the packed tower.

Features:

It has the characteristics of large clearance rate, not easy to plug, large flux and small resistance. Due to the high amount of stagnant liquid in the gap of the filler, the liquid residence time in the tower can be longer, so as to increase the gas-liquid contact time and improve the efficiency.
